WIKI CHANNEL GREEN LIGHTS NEW MOVIE, "GONE VIRAL"
Wiki Channel has recently announced new creator ZachandBailee's new show, and apparently more content from him is coming in! Wiki Channel has just green lighted a stellar movie with a stellar message and a stellar cast. The movie, Gone Viral is to mainly focus on modern issues with cyberbullying.
The movie focuses on Lydia, an average girl at her High School. She has her one best friend and life couldn't seem to get better. But it did get worse.
When a video of her comes out of her embarrassing herself at her last school dance, she hopes that no one sees it, but luck was not on her side. The video goes viral, and everywhere she goes, people seem to be pointing fingers at her and laughing. It seems like no one hasn't seen the video.
She then meets Desiree, who became "internet famous" by a viral video of her singing terribly. With the help of Desiree, Lydia seems to try to take her embarrassing viral video and turn it into something good.
Series creator, ZachandBailee, says "A main issue we seem to face in today's teenagers is cyberbullying, and we seem to not really address that fact. People seem to say anything if their face is not added, and that is very evident in the film. This movie shows how you can make it through these words and mean comments, you just need to find the right people.
Starring in the movie is Liberty Dillon (In Due Time) as Lydia Manning, Hayley Woodworth (Becoming a Sendy) as Desiree Walking, Lucas Jenkins (Miss Good Girl) as Samuel Emmons, and Yvette Martin (NCFA Academy) as Andi Kingston.
"Gone Viral" is expected to start filming in winter 2015.
